Disclaimer:
You may not use any resource found on the Warriors website for commercial use. This include the Clan logos, Warriors logo, and Clan names. If you do so, you will be asked to remove them/or your product from sale. Many creators get away with this by using phrases such as “Battle Cats”. Below I have quoted parts of their Terms and Conditions and FAQ page.
“You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.”
“Can you make money from the content you have created? Yes, providing you do not use the “Warrior Cats” name, our official artwork or any other official branding, such as logos and clan icons, as this could constitute copyright and / or trademark infringement.”
