Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Physical products
If an order hasn’t been shipped yet (contact me to find out), I can refund you & cancel your order. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order has shipped. It’s too difficult to determine the cause of any issues- for example, customer misuse, the postage company threw it on the doorstep, and so on. I apologise if anything has arrived broken or damaged, I do my best to package orders so they arrive safely.
Digital products
I can refund you if you haven’t downloaded the file, which I can see this in your order details. Please contact me! If you’ve already downloaded, I don’t offer refunds as you may have already used the digital product and it’s impossible to tell. Returns and exchanges are irrelevant for digital products.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If you buy from me as a New Zealand customer, the CGA still applies, the above doesn’t override that. That includes remedies like a refund, return, or exchange if the product is faulty or not as described (including problems that were already there when you bought it). It doesn’t include damage caused after it left me, misuse, or you changing your mind.
Usage of products
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, all my digital products can be used for personal or commercial products once purchased. They may not be resold or redistributed.

Privacy
If you place an order, your email will only be used for the purpose of communications about your order, including a review reminder. I will never share your email, address, or personal details with anyone outside of what is required to send your order to you.
Other
Hate comments or messages are not acceptable. If you leave such a message, please know that your IP will likely be permanently banned and you will be unable to visit this website again.
