Refunds

I am happy to refund 70% of your purchase within 30 days if the product has arrived damaged/broken. You can request a refund from here, and it should come through within 7 days. You must provide proof of both the damaged item and your order when submitting the form. My suggestion is a link to the image of the broken item, and your order ID (found in the order confirmation email)

If you brought the “support me” product, you cannot get a refund.
Exchanges are not available.

Usage

Unless otherwise stated, all downloadable/virtual products listed on my website can be used for personal or commercial products once purchased. They may not be resold individually or in a bundle.
Any images or graphics on my website may not be taken and reused elsewhere unless you have purchased them or gotten written permission from me (hence not being able to right-click and save them).

You may quote me as long as you give me credit. You may reference me as “Kattcrazy” or “@kattcrazykatt”.
If you use images, fonts, or any of my products online, you must give me credit for being the original creator. You may reference me as “Kattcrazy” or “@kattcrazykatt”.

Other

If you wish to use my logo somewhere, for example a video that includes me or my work, you can download it using this link.
