Refunds/Exchanges
I do not offer refunds for any products, simply because it is too difficult to determine the cause of the issue- e.g: the customer used it incorrectly, the postage company treated it roughly, and so on. I apologise if anything has arrived broken or damaged 🙁
If there is a misprint on certain products (see the Gelato category), I may be able to request a free reprint from the production company within 30 days of the order being placed. Please contact me here. I will reply to you via the email you enter in the submission form and let you know if I have requested a reprint. You must provide proof of both the damaged item and your order when submitting the form. My suggestion is a link to the image of the broken item, and your order ID (found in the order confirmation email).
Usage
Unless otherwise stated, all downloadable/virtual products listed on my website can be used for personal or commercial products once purchased. They may not be resold individually or in a bundle.
Any images or graphics on my website may not be taken and reused elsewhere unless you have purchased them or gotten written permission from me (hence not being able to right-click and save them). Obviously, this does not apply to search engines showing my products or images.
You may quote me as long as you give me credit. You may reference me as “Kattcrazy”.
If you use images, fonts, or any of my products online, you must give me credit for being the original creator. You may reference me as “Kattcrazy”.
