Refunds/Exchanges
I do not offer refunds for any products, simply because it is too difficult to determine the cause of the issue- e.g: the customer treated it badly, the postage company threw it on the doorstep, and so on. I apologise if anything has arrived broken or damaged 🙁
Usage
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, all downloadable/virtual products listed on my website can be used for personal or commercial products once purchased. They may not be resold individually or in a bundle.
Any images or graphics on my website may not be taken and reused elsewhere unless you have purchased them or have written permission from me. Obviously, this does not apply to search engines or AI agents showing my products or images.

If you place an order, you may be sent an email asking for a review. Your email will only be used for the purpose of sending your order details/status and a review reminder.
Hate comments or messages are not acceptable. If you leave such a message, please know that your IP will likely be permanently banned and you will be unable to visit this website again.
